Lets talk about achieving your dreams. Would you like to look in the mirror one day and say, “WOW! I look amazing!” and, “My goodness, I feel fantastic!” What is your perfect body, anyway? Can you visualize it?
I like an organic approach to cultivating perfect body and mind. It does not follow a meaningless “standard” set by culture. It is not about becoming a superficial replica of a celebrity… It is about becoming the best version of YOU, with all of its uniqueness!
Please allow me to share with you a few thoughts about “perfection”. Perfection is a goal, an “ideal” you are striving for. The good news is that no matter how glamorous the final result may be, by taking deliberate actions in the right direction, you will be feeling increasingly more beautiful, healthy, empowered and happy, every step of the way, long before you achieve your ideal. Not even the smallest effort towards your goal is ever wasted! So… can you visualize your perfect body?
Here are some ideas:
- Your body is healthy.
- You are at your ideal weight, top flexibility and fitness.
- Your posture is open.
- Your energy climbs off the charts.
- Your skin is clear and radiant.
- You exude confidence and grace.
- You feel happy and balanced.
- You love and respect yourself.
- You are excited about your life!
- As you age, you become even happier, freer and more beautiful!
Your body and life is a canvas. You are the artist that will create a masterpiece. Even if you feel that you ruined it with past actions, the body’s amazing ability to self-heal will help you rewrite your history and fulfill your dream of a healthy and beautiful you.
In this blog, I will share with you the path I took that lead me from a sickly child who spent most of her childhood years in hospitals to becoming a competing figure skater, professional dancer, martial artist and SCUBA diver.
